How do I fit my 60 inch tub into a 60 inch opening?

Thank you for submitting a question on our bathroom remodel how to page.
You will need some room to move the tub around while installing. The trick is to cut the drywall from about 12 inches from the top of the tub to the floor.... this will allow you the room that you need.
Tilt the tub toward one end then place the other end into the opening.... after that, patch the wall around the bathtub, and you are done!
