Adding onto bath vanity top?
Hello... I have a 60" bathroom vanity and it needs a new top. Is it possible to buy a smaller vanity top and add on to it with tile or wood? I'm trying to find the least expensive idea as this was not built into my budget. My thoughts were getting a 30" - 48" all in one vanity top and finish off the edges with another kind of material, such as ceramic tile or marble?? Thanks so much!

You could do what you are asking, of course. You would need to make sure that you brought the additional material up to the same level as the countertop.
Make sure that the countertop that you purchase has straight edges on either side.
In my opinion, the additional cost to purchase a countertop that will fit the vanity that you have purchased would be a better purchase....
