Moving a bathroom sink

I would like to move a bathroom sink about 2 feet along the same wall. Will I need to go underneath the house?

You will not have to go under the house to move the drain pipe unless the position that the pipe is currently in will take away form the aesthetics of the bathroom (if you will be able to see the pipe).
You can attach an elbow or another section of pipe to move the opening of thepipe to attach to the sink.
