Removing old tile and re-doing bathroom shower?

How difficult a task would this be for two women to tackle?
Hi Patty -
The task is definitely not too hard for two women to tackle -
Remove the old tile with a hammer and something to scrape the tiles off the wall.
Clean the areas real well, and remove any debris.
Install Green board, and then tile over the green board.
