After removing the bidet (or toilet), you will need to reduce the drain down to a 2 inch drain, and add a trap to block out the city sewer gasses.... to do this, remove the closet bend, remove the toilet flange, and then reduce the drain to 2 inches.
Add a 2 inch trap and a raiser to connect into the shower drain.
