Screening a shower situated over a bath in front of a window

Our new home has a power shower over the bath. The bath is situated under a fairly large window. Currently we have 2 shower curtains up on either side of the bath, but I don't really like curtains and would like screens of some sort. Space is tight. Short of re- positioning the bath, what's the best way to protect against water-damage and retain our modesty whilst showering?
