Shower and Backer Board Dilemma
We had some shower tiles fall off and now more have fallen. There does not seem to be any backer board or anything behind the tiles. What do we do?

It could be that there is backer board behind the tile, but at this point, due to moisture and leakage, the backer board disintegrated....
But, none the less, to completely fix the problem, you will need to re-tile the entire shower.... we recommend using a green board backer under the tile.
