Shower towel bars broken

A rental with two baths/shower-bathtub surround was left with both of the clear "towel" bars broken, but still hanging in the opening.....Is there a replacement bathtub bar ....clear about 1 inch in diameter....the broken ones will allow water to get in and I would like to replace them.

One end of the bar is telescoping, so that they can be inserted into an existing tile shower bar holder.
