Small bathroom remodel
I am replacing EVERYTHING in a very small bathroom - where do I start, after design -- floor? walls? demo? Is there a begin here and end here template?

I think that after design, you need to remove everything from the bathroom including the old floors and as much of the old walls that you want to remove.
After that it is really a toss up as to whether you do the walls or the floors - you might consider the walls first so any spilled paint will not be on the new flooring. After the walls are finished, the floors can come next..
